Mike Redlawsk President & Managing Partner | Real Estate Development | Strategic Execution | Institutional Partnerships Mike Redlawsk is the President and Managing Partner of The Westminster Group Companies, bringing over 40 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and strategic management execution across diverse real estate asset classes including student housing, senior living, NNN retail /office, multifamily, medical and light industrial. Mike began his real estate career in 1981 while attending Edinboro State College, where he formed his first real estate limited partnership. In 1983, he founded James Properties, Inc., pioneering a professional management system for student housing assets that quickly scaled to four universities and over 3,200 students annually. He later expanded into senior living, developing Parkside Senior Living Communities—acquired by LECOM Health in 2015. As General Partner of Westminster Place Partnership and Manager of Westminster Development LLC, Mike launched a successful commercial build-to-suit net leasing business, serving leading healthcare systems, national retailers and a mix of diverse regional clients.  Under his leadership, the Westminster companies have developed or acquired over 180 properties across more than 100 markets throughout the Midwest and Eastern U.S. Mike’s client roster includes Saint Vincent Health System, Allegheny Health Network, LECOM Health, UPMC Hamot, Country Fair Convenience Stores, United Refining, PNC Bank, Waypoint Bank, Advance Auto Parts, Dollar General, Sherwin-Williams, GEXPRO, Prism Plastics, GEAA along with many others. His more recent ventures, JPI Development Partners, LLC and Chestnut Chicago Holdings, LLC, focus on fee-based real estate development, investment structuring, and the acquisition of commercial real estate assets. These platforms also provide development and advisory services to institutional clients in healthcare and higher education. Mike’s leadership is marked by disciplined growth, trusted partnerships, and a commitment to delivering long-term value to investors, clients, and the communities he serves. Toby Froehlich Founder Coldwell Banker Froehlich Realtors | Partner Westminster Place Partnership/Westminster Development | Brokerage Leadership | Strategic Planning Toby Froehlich is a seasoned real estate executive with over five decades of experience in brokerage, development and advisory leadership. A graduate of Cathedral Prep and Penn State University (B.S. in Business Administration, Real Estate & Insurance), Toby launched his career in 1972 by co-founding Froehlich Realtors with his father, later becoming sole owner and affiliating with Coldwell Banker to expand the firm's footprint. In 1999, Toby led the merger that formed Coldwell Banker Select, Realtors. He holds the professional designations of CRB, CRS, and GRI, and taught Real Estate Fundamentals at Villa Maria College for over a decade. As General Partner of Westminster Place Partnership, Toby has supported numerous commercial projects, including The Parkside Senior Living Communities. He has served on multiple civic and industry boards, including the St. Vincent Health Center Board of Corporators, Supportive Living Services, the Erie Playhouse, the Millcreek Township Planning Commission, and the Coldwell Banker President’s Strategic Advisory Council. Now residing in Florida with his wife Jacky, Toby remains passionate about real estate, community engagement, and personal interests including golf, gardening, and travel.

Morgan Eberlin Chief Operating Officer | Real Estate Development & Operations | Organizational Strategy | Project Execution Morgan Eberlin began her real estate management career in 2007.    Her dedication to continuous improvement and strategic growth positioned her to assume a leadership role within the organization.  In 2023, Morgan was appointed Chief Operating Officer, where she now oversees the company’s diverse real estate operations. She is responsible for day-to-day management, project development, and organizational growth initiatives, reporting directly to the President and Managing Partner. Drawing on extensive experience in acquisitions, development, leasing, and property management, Morgan plays a central role in executing the company’s strategic objectives. She leads critical projects, streamlines internal systems, and drives operational efficiency across the organization. Known for her attention to detail and effective cross-functional coordination, Morgan is trusted to deliver consistent results—both for Westminster and for its valued clients and partners. Morgan is an active member of the Erie Women’s Fund, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She resides in Erie, Pennsylvania with her husband Rick and their son Liam. Morgan is an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and all things Disney and enjoys golfing and family vacations.

Alex Redlawsk Real Estate Manager | Acquisitions & Development | Leasing | Asset Oversight ​Alex Redlawsk began her career in property management at Westminster Group Companies in 2020 after graduating from the University of Dayton. Within just a few years, she advanced to lead a team responsible for managing over 400 residential units. In 2024, Alex transitioned to Westminster’s corporate team as a newly licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson. Now serving as Real Estate Manager, she is continuing to grow her expertise in commercial and multi-family real estate. Her responsibilities include supporting leasing efforts, assisting with acquisition due diligence, and helping track asset performance across the company’s diverse portfolio. New to the commercial real estate industry, Alex is focused on learning every stage of the real estate lifecycle and is actively engaged in deal sourcing and underwriting to project execution.   Alex works closely with internal teams, tenants, and external partners to manage deal flow, streamline operations, and support long-term portfolio growth. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to take initiative make her a valuable and growing member of the team. Outside of work, Alex is engaged and planning her wedding for next summer. She enjoys fostering animals and reading.

Ashlie Mroczkowski Executive Operations Manager | Process Improvement | Team Coordination | Strategic Support Ashlie Mroczkowski serves as Executive Operations Manager at Westminster Group Companies, where she plays a central role in internal operations, coordinating strategic initiatives, and supporting executive leadership across departments. With a focus on efficiency, communication, and cross-functional execution, Ashlie helps drive alignment between development, property management, and finance teams. Ashlie serves as the central point of management for Westminster’s commercial property portfolio, overseeing key functions such as accounts receivable and payable, insurance administration, compliance tracking and internal reporting. She also manages operational workflows, supports internal aircraft scheduling, and supports special projects that advance the company’s long-term strategic goals. Ashlie is a trusted resource to both the executive team and field operations, ensuring consistency throughout the organization. She is an active member of the U.S. Army Reserve, bringing a disciplined and mission-focused approach to her work. Ashlie resides in Erie, Pennsylvania with her husband Brian and is excited to welcome their first child this fall.

Erin Cross Commercial Facilities Manager Vendor Coordination | Building Operations | Tenant Service Erin Cross recently joined our team as our Commercial Facilities Manager, where she supports day-to-day building operations, vendor coordination, and tenant service across a growing portfolio of commercial properties. New to the commercial real estate industry, Erin is focused on learning the intricacies of building systems, vendor coordination, and tenant service while contributing to property-level operations and internal support functions. Before joining Westminster, Erin gained valuable experience in project coordination and internal operations across several industries, including construction and food service. She most recently served as Project Coordinator at C.A. Curtze, where she supported cross-functional project execution, order tracking, and marketing efforts. Her prior role at Angelo’s Roofing involved scheduling, materials procurement, payroll, and oversight of a small rental portfolio; experiences that helped lay a foundation for her transition into facilities management. Erin holds a degree in Communications with a focus in Advertising from Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. She brings a strong background in vendor communication, customer service, and project follow-through, making her a valuable asset to the Westminster operations team. Erin resides in Conneaut, Ohio and enjoys fostering animals and spending time with her family.
