Our program is designed to minimize the time involvement of our Client’s Administration and staff.   We take responsibility for managing the cost of professional service providers.   Our experience as project owners, managers, developers and builders helps our client minimize construction cost risk while maximizing quality and assuring on time delivery.

When completing a “fee development,” our fees are fixed and included with the professional cost of the project.
